Our fee for a standard wedding is $1200 for a quartet, $1000 for a trio, and $800 for a duet. This fee includes a planning session where Joe will meet with you in person and help plan your wedding music. A standard wedding includes up to 30 minutes of prelude music while guests are being seated, processional and ceremony music, and postlude music until guests have been dismissed.
Receptions, parties, or other events for the first hour are $1200 for a quartet, $1000 for a trio, and $800 for a duet. Each additional hour is $600 for a quartet, $500 for a trio, and $400 for a duet.
Receptions and cocktail parties are $600/$500/$400 per hour if we also play for the wedding and the reception is nearby and immediately following the wedding.
This fee also includes the option of amplification equipment and handheld microphones for the officiant or readers if desired.
For events where pop music selections are desired, a string quartet is required since music is arranged for the four instruments.
If a special song is requested that is not currently in our repertoire we will attempt to acquire sheet music for the song and ask that the cost of the sheet music be covered which is typically $15-$20.
We will consider traveling to locations outside of the Kansas City Metro area for additional fees to cover travel expenses. Contact us for a quote.
A nonrefundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve a date.
