Our fee for a standard wedding is $600 for a quartet, $500 for a trio, and $400 for a duet. This fee includes a planning session where I meet with you in person and help plan your wedding music. A standard wedding includes up to 30 minutes of prelude music while guests are being seated, processional and ceremony music, and postlude music until guests have been dismissed.

Receptions, parties, or other events for the first hour are $600 for a quartet, $500 for a trio, and $400 for a duet. Each additional hour is $200 for a quartet, $150 for a trio, and $100 for a duet.

Receptions and cocktail parties are $200/$150/$100 per hour if we also play for the wedding and the reception is nearby and immediately following the wedding.

We will consider travelling to locations outside of the Kansas City area for additional fees to cover travel expenses. Contact us for a quote.

A nonrefundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve a date.
